The Executive Assistant reports to the Executive Director and provides ongoing support to the ED and the Board of Directors. Provides ongoing assistance to the ED and BOD including calendar management, working closely to anticipate and support upcoming commitments, staff and school/community engagement. The Administrator also provides ongoing support to the organization’s needs for general correspondence, donor engagement, documentation retention, scanning, and other administrative duties as needed. This position will require initiative, judgment, independent decision making, and excellent time management skills.
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 32 hours per week, not to exceed 40 hours per week, with some flexibility to combine in office and remote hours.
