Family and Office Liaison
Open School is looking for a customer service-oriented, communicative collaborator to join the Open School East team as a Family and Office Liaison! The Office and Family Liaison will have two different and equally important areas of responsibility: being the first point of contact for students and families and coordinating front office activities.
The Family and Office Liaison will be the first point of contact for student enrollment and family outreach and will assist with other program events and student support initiatives. They are also responsible for coordinating front office activities, including keeping Open School East’s office, copy room, and shared spaces as functional and seamless as possible and providing administrative support to school staff.
The Family and Office Liaison works at our Open School East location Monday through Friday and reports to the Principal.
The Family and Office Liaison is a full-time, non-exempt position with an 11-month work schedule and a starting hourly salary range of $20.50 – $23.50. High School diploma or equivalent educational experience. At least two years of experience in an administrative or office manager role for an organization with many moving parts. At least one year of customer service experience in any field or industry. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suites in your daily work. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
